CDU leader, Kramp-Karrenbauer, the debate about a General speed limit makes sense. It calls for a comprehensive approach to CO2 reduction across all sectors.

The CDU Federal Chairman Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer has the discussion on a speed limit on the car as little sense rejected. “What we have now is a mere phantom debate experience,” she said during a visit to the baden-w├╝rttemberg CDU-land Association in the monastery of Sch├Ântal. Most of the countries in the world have a speed limit on the car. One of the Federal government commissioned a Commission of experts is currently working on proposals for more climate protection. According to a survey by the ARD”morning magazine” from the half of Germans (51 percent) for the introduction of a speed limit of 130 kilometers per hour on German highways, 47 percent of citizens are against a speed limit. While men were more likely to be against the introduction of a limitation, would be women rather.
